We prepared the Expanded Gourd  Chart in 1994 to improve the communication with our wholesale gourd customers.  Since gourds cross pollinate, numerous mutations naturally occur. This chart is only a  general guideline and each picture merely represents a basic shape.  Most (but not all) shapes are available in several diameter sizes.  When ordering by phone, customers refer to either basic shapes or a series of several numbers.  There is an  additional charge for orders which require specific numbers.
